Early morning run with my running group today. I wasn’t happy about the wake up call but happy to get in some morning miles. It was so early, it wasn’t even light out …I had to add a filter to see me in this pic. Yep, this is how I spent my Saturday morning.

Anonymous said: Hi. how long did it take you to be able to run continuosly ? Or when you started to enjoy it? Thanks. Your inspire me so much!

It took at least a month or two before I started to enjoy it. I started with intervals: 30 sec run and 2 min walk. Each week, running longer and walking less. Intervals are great! I still use intervals for long runs, nothing wrong with walk breaks. :)

I made a huge batch of lentils with tomato and spinach last night. I went ahead and put half in the freezer because I’m thinking I might get tired of it after 5 meals. I just ate a bowl with rice for lunch, it was so tasty. In pretty excited that I have lunch already prepared for tomorrow!

Healthy habit I’m working on: cooking/bringing my lunch to work… instead of always eating not so health cafeteria food.

If the people on Extreme Weight Loss and the Biggest Loser can do it… so can you. Sure, they have state-of-the-art trainers and equipment, but…

at the end of the day, it’s all about committing to the process and believing in yourself.
